The room here was spacious and had a beautiful view of the water, the location is great with easy access to the VA Air and Space Museum, various shops, restaurants, and the VA Hospital nearby.

The staff was hospitable. The room had a beautiful view, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There were some great restaurants nearby. I had really nice days staying at this centrally located property.

The hotel is upscale and located in a very historic area. the rooms are good looking with beautiful views and a tub. - It has a central location near Newport News, Hampton, and the Historic District. - Only minutes away from Buckroe Beach Carousel. - Delicious dishes are served at the outdoor restaurant. - it's a fine stay with decent prices.

On the positive side, the hotel is located in a great spot right across the bridge within walking distance from Hampton University. It is also conveniently close to many restaurants and offers easy access to the beach. Despite the room issues, the live band at the restaurant provides entertainment during the night.

The rooms have various issues like broken shower seats, faulty shower heads, and curtains that don't close, leading to a lack of privacy and bright lights shining in at night.
